"While under hypnotism from the great Catherine Hickland, John becomes transformed into a River Dance, crazy fool. Prior to this clip, Cat implants the idea that every time John hears the music, he is to get up and dance the best rendition of Riverdance he possibly can. Let's just say the results are hilarious."

magine a world where you can access a brand new chapter of your life, where you can access your inner super-hero and do the things you dream of doing with confidence, free of fear and anxiety. Imagine that you are smoke free, confident in public speaking, or can finally let go of the extra weight that you have been wanting to lose but haven't, simply because you didn't believe you could. Imagine finally being free of the grief of heartbreak.

Welcome to the world of Hypnosis.

The only thing that holds us back is our mind, our lack of imagination (or over imagination) and negative illusions that we create. These illusions often emerge in the form of fear and anxiety. The power to change our thoughts is the power to change our reality, as we know it. What you thought was impossible, can actually be very possible.

Why can hypnosis work?

Even if we consciously can't recall events and emotions anchored to those events, our subconscious remembers every experience, every word, every sight, and every sound since we were children. Have you ever made a choice in your life, then in hind-sight, wondered, why did I do that?" Why, indeed.

It is believed that 94% of our minds are subconscious, therefore, what fuels many of the choices that we make is our subconscious mind. It's all right there in your personal hard drive. When you access forgotten data, patterns can be changed. The understanding and healing can begin.

Our conscious critical minds are often so full of chatter; it's not a wonder that we can't relax. We have programmed our minds with all kinds of thoughts, from the negative things we have come to believe, to the fears of what we might create if we had the mindset to go out and boldly try new things. Who would we be without these defeating thoughts? What could we achieve?

Super-athletes and champions understand this mindset, and are taught self-hypnosis early on. The mind-set of a champion begins with a thought. That thought forms an image, and that image becomes their reality. They "see" themselves as winning. They never imagine losing. Instead, in their minds, they are always crossing the finish line, always hitting a home run, always making that hoop, or the final touchdown. Tiger Woods could write the book on this. Imagination is the beginning of reality. Perhaps this is why what you believe… is.

Is what you believe, serving you?

Hypnosis is not hard. It's easy. It's a natural state. It's not what you have seen in the movies. It's not scary. In fact, we naturally hypnotize ourselves several times a day. Have you ever found yourself in the driveway and wondering how you got there? The answer is easy, your subconscious knew the way perfectly. It drove you home while you were consciously thinking about the tasks of tomorrow, what happened today, that fight with your wife or husband, or what you need to buy at the grocery store later on. Have you ever zoned out in a boring meeting (or class) only to be brought back to the room by someone asking you a question?" That's trance, my friend.

You are not sleeping when you are under hypnosis. If you were, you wouldn't hear me. You are in a trance state. Your conscious mind is at rest while your subconscious mind is wide-awake and ready to work. While I am at it, let me give you a few facts about the subconscious. Unlike the conscious mind, which is critical and judgmental, the subconscious is child-like by nature, uncritical and non-judgmental. It is simply the fact knower, from all that it has ever experienced by sight and sound, whether you remember it or not.

The absolute truth is, the power is already within you. As the hypnotist, I simply guide you there so you can get it done. Furthermore, you get to truly relax. Can you even remember the last time you really and truly relaxed? Even just a few minutes of hypnosis can make you feel as if you've had hours of rest, and completely relaxed. Hypnosis can help you sleep better and even look younger. A relaxed mind can create a relaxed face. Whenever I bring a subject "up", they always have a sweet and childlike youth to their face. It's amazing what happens when the facial muscles really get a break from clenched jaws and furrowed brows.

As further proof, I have a worked this principle on myself for years, which is why I think many people do not believe my age.

I have had clients come to me to break a habit, only to find that as an added fringe benefit, many of their aches, pains, and headaches had subsided because they hadn't been, or remembered how to relax in years, if ever. Other benefits range from feeling better, to simply being more bold in your life in whatever area you are being held back due to fear, phobias, old habits, stress, lack of self confidence, or self defeating thoughts.

I'm excited about your life! I want you to get excited about your life!
